I absolutely love photographing maternity sessions and they are made so much more meaningful for me because I get to meet baby after. There’s nothing like photographing a newborn that I photographed inside mum’s tummy as well! It is so special getting to help a family capture all these gorgeous memories to cherish forever. What will last longer than a pram or a decorated nursery? Photographs. They are so amazing to look back on for many years to come. Your growing child will love looking at how tiny they once were or how their mother looked while pregnant with them. They also are a beautiful heirloom to pass on for generations to come.
My Maternity and Newborn Sessions:
Maternity & Pregnancy Photography Session: I love maternity sessions and every mother-to-be should capture this momentous time in their lives! Maternity sessions can be shot outdoors (I love shooting outdoor maternity sessions at my favourite location near my North London studio, it’s like an enchanted forest) or in studio. Many of my clients do a “Mini Maternity” session paired with Packages 1-3 for their Newborn session. I have a range of dresses to use in studio for those that want a flattering stylised maternity dress.
Newborn or Baby Prop Photography Session: Newborns are my passion and my specialty! Newborn Portrait Sessions include props at my cosy North London studio on a weekday. A studio prop session includes 5-7 different prop set ups such as headbands, tie backs, bonnets, hats, wraps and baskets. All my props are carefully chosen from high-quality vendors and artists. My newborn sessions include both timeless natural images of baby and also cute prop images to get us the best variety for you to choose from. Sessions also include sibling & family portraits. My studio offers a wide range of props, has a professional posing beanbag for professional posed images of baby and offers posed (but natural-looking) family portraits with various backdrops. Studio sessions use natural looking studio lights to provide quality, consistent images even on the darkest of gloomy London days!
